ACE Events for Entrepreneurs and Start-ups
GeoWorks’ GeoAffiliate, Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), will be holding webinars and workshops for start-ups and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The organisation will be holding two webinars on the 22nd October. In the session, “ACE x JTC | How have startups adapted to COVID-19?”, co-founders and CEOs of Auk Industries and Viddsee will discuss how they have dealt with challenges such as hiring talents and remote working.
At the “ACE Public Briefing” session, information on the start-up ecosystem, types of support available from various government agencies, and how ACE programmes can help grow businesses will be covered. Attendees will learn about the Startup SG Founder, Startup SG Tech and Startup SG Talent initiatives during the event.
ACE is also calling all aspiring entrepreneurs and those who wish to take their start-ups to the next level to sign up for its “ACE BACECAMP 10”, a one-stop programme to better understand and kick-start one’s entrepreneurial journey. Participants will get to learn from industry experts through workshops, classes and sharing sessions which include business model canvas, market/competitive analysis, financial modelling, value proposition, product positioning, pitching and mentorships. Eight selected start-ups will also get the opportunity to pitch to its accredited mentor partners and potential investors.
