ASEAN Geospatial Challenge 2021
The ASEAN Geospatial Challenge 2021: Geospatial Youth Edition (AGC 21) brings youth in the ASEAN region together to use geospatial technology and information to support nations in achieving their Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Targeted at students from Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) in the ASEAN region, the challenge aims to:

Sustainable Development Goals
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart is the 17 SDGs, which calls for action by all countries —— developed and developing —— in a global partnership to use statistical data and geospatial information to meet the ambitions and demands of the 2030 agenda.

Up to two shortlisted projects will proceed to compete at the ASEAN level.

ASEAN Level
Competing projects at the ASEAN level will be awarded based on the following prize categories.
